December 5-8 – The St. Olaf Christmas Festival is one of the oldest musical celebrations of Christmas in the United States. Started in 1912 by F. Melius Christiansen, founder of the St. Olaf College Music Department, the festival features more than 500 student musicians who are members of five choirs and the St. Olaf Orchestra.

December 7 – Tuba Christmas is an event that brings together euphonium, baritone and tuba players of all ages to play Christmas carols for the enjoyment of family, friends and the general public.
February – Join us for Yeti Fest to celebrate winter! Activities will include snow shoeing, cross country skiing, fat tire bike rides, a yeti lookalike contest, a long johns fashion show, snowman building contest, warm drinks (spiked or not) and other fun things!
December 14th– Join the fun and run for a great cause: the Y Scholarship Fund. Registration fee includes T-shirt, jingle bells for everyone, and Holiday Stockings at the finish for registered kids. Coffee, cider and treats after the race along with live music and photos with Santa.
